Product Introduction

High Strength
Our swage nipples are forged with ASTM A105 carbon steel or ASTM A182 stainless steel, with a tensile strength of up to 485MPa (A105) and 515MPa (A182-F316L), which is much higher than the 370MPa of conventional castings.
High Dimensional Accuracy
Our swage nipples are manufactured in accordance with MSS SP-95 standards, with a dimensional tolerance within ±0.25mm and a surface roughness of Ra≤3.2μm. This ensures a high fit between the connector and the pipe or valve interface, avoiding leakage caused by dimensional errors.
High-pressure Adaptability
The swage nipples we provide cover three pressure levels of 2000LB, 3000LB and 6000LB, corresponding to the maximum pressure of 20.7MPa, 31.0MPa and 62.0MPa, which can meet the needs of most industrial pipeline transportation.
