Our products are a steel pipe manufacturer specializing in the production of longitudinally welded pipe (ERW), longitudinally submerged arc welded pipe (SAW) and longitudinally submerged arc welded pipe (SMLS), and our products comply with API5L, API 5CT, ASTM, EN, BS, DIN, GOST, GB and other standards. In addition, Senhai Pipeline specializes in the production of large-diameter, thick-walled ERW, LSAW and SSAW welded steel pipes.
Main products as followings
Seamless Steel Pipes: Outer diameter from φ21.3mm to φ660mm (1/2" to 26"), wall thickness from 2.5mm to 60mm, and lengths between 5.8m and 12m.
LSAW (JOCE) & ERW Steel Pipes: OD ranges from φ168mm to φ1422.4mm (6" to 56"), WT from 8mm to 80mm, with lengths from 5.8m to 12m.
SSAW Spiral Steel Pipes: OD from φ219mm to φ3620mm (8" to 144"), WT from 6mm to 25mm, lengths between 5.8m and 12m.
Anti-Corrosion Pipes: Available with various coatings including 3PE, 3PP, FBE, hot-dip galvanizing, anti-drag coating, polyurethane insulation, epoxy lining, and cement-mortar layers.
Structural Tubes (SHS/RHS): Size range from 20x20mm to 600x600mm with wall thicknesses from 0.8mm to 50mm.
Pipe Fittings: In carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel. Butt-weld fittings are available in 1/2" to 72" sizes (WT SCH10 to XXS), while socket weld and threaded fittings range from 1/2" to 4".
Forged Flanges: Types include WN, SO, SW, BL, THRD, LJ, spectacle, and orifice, available in sizes from 1/2" to 48".
Our Factory
Senhai's 33,000 square meter facility houses four hot rolling production lines, two cold drawing production lines, four welded pipe production lines, and an office building. Key production equipment includes hot rolling presses, an interactive double-core bar cold drawing machine, an automatic rotating head rolling mill, a pipe straightener, an annealing furnace without a water cooling system, and auxiliary equipment for surface washing and coating.
