High Strength
Structural welded pipe uses high-quality low-alloy high-strength steel (Q355B) as the base material, with a yield strength of up to 355MPa and a tensile strength of 470-630MPa. Compared with ordinary carbon steel, its strength is increased by about 30%.

 

High Dimensional Accuracy
During the production process of structural welded pipe, high-precision dimensional control is achieved through the collaborative operation of the three-roll sizing machine and the intelligent online detection system. The pipe diameter tolerance can be strictly controlled within ±0.5mm, the roundness error is less than 1%, and the wall thickness deviation does not exceed ±0.2mm, ensuring that each pipe meets the precise standard.

 

Good Processing Performance
Structural welded pipe strictly controls the carbon equivalent (CEV) below 0.42%, which gives it excellent cold bending, flaring and welding performance. It can easily complete 90° bending and forming, and there is no crack when the flaring rate reaches 30%, which greatly facilitates on-site processing and installation operations.
