【Product Features】

Anti-corrosion
Anti-corrosion steel pipe adopts a composite anti-corrosion structure of double-layer fused epoxy powder (FBE) and three-layer polyethylene (3PE). The thickness of the inner epoxy layer reaches 300μm, and the thickness of the outer polyethylene layer reaches 2.5mm, which effectively blocks the penetration of moisture, oxygen and chemical media. The steel pipe can be used stably for more than 30 years in salt spray, acid and alkali environments. Compared with ordinary single-layer anti-corrosion coated steel pipes, the life span is increased by about 2.5 times.

 

High Temperature Resistance
Anti-corrosion steel pipe uses modified epoxy powder and high-temperature resistant polyethylene materials. The long-term temperature resistance range is -40℃ to +80℃, and it can withstand +120℃ for a short time. In high temperature environment, the coating does not flow, bubble or peel off.
