Pipe fittings are parts that play the role of connection, control, direction change, diversion, sealing, support, etc. in the pipeline system. Common types of pipe fittings include flanges, unions, pipe clamps, ferrules, throat clamps, elbows, reducers, tees, crosses, gaskets, raw tape, thread hemp, flange blind plates, pipe plugs, heads, welding plugs, pipe clamps and valves.
Flange: used for connection between pipes, mainly used for connection between pipe ends. Union: also known as oil joint, mainly used for matching hardware accessories connection, can be installed in various pipe interfaces for use. Pipe clamp: a short pipe used to connect two pipes, commonly used in industrial pipeline connections. Flange: a stainless steel pipe connector, mainly used in mechanical pipeline connection systems such as water treatment and municipal water supply systems. Hooch clamp: a fastener suitable for connection of soft and hard pipes, with beautiful appearance after assembly. Elbow: a pipe fitting used for connection at the bend of the pipeline and changing the direction of the pipeline. Reducer: used to connect two different pipe diameters, divided into concentric reducers and eccentric reducers.
Tee: used at the branch pipe of the main pipeline, used for pipe connection.
Cross: used to connect four pipes with the same diameter and the same verticality, mainly used for diversion or change of direction.
Gasket: a material placed between two planes to strengthen the seal.
Raw tape: used to enhance the tightness of pipe connections.
Linen: used to wrap around the thread of the pipe fitting to play a sealing role and prevent water leakage.
Flange blind plate: the real name is blind plate, which is a connection form of flange with no hole in the middle.
Pipe plug: an external threaded pipe fitting used to plug the internal thread of the pipe end.
Head: a component used to close the end of the container to isolate the internal and external media.
Welding plug: used to protect the parts that need to be protected or are easily injured or deformed during welding.
Pipe clamp: used to fix the pipe.
Valve: It has functions such as shut-off, regulation, flow diversion, pressure stabilization, flow diversion or overflow pressure relief.
